By creating an account or using .mgamer.online you agree to these terms. Please read them; they're short.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, your API keys and everything done with them. Keep keys secret and terminate any key you think has leaked.

Acceptable use

Don't upload or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, exploits or endangers children, harasses others, or contains malware. Don't use the service to attack, scrape or overload it or other systems. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice where necessary.

Public links

Every uploaded image is reachable by anyone who has its link. Don't upload anything confidential.

Limits

The service is free and subject to limits on file size, storage, bandwidth and request rates. We may change the limits, and we may delete inactive or abusive content to keep the service running.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability or data retention. Keep your own copies of images you care about. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the service.

Reporting content

Use the Report button on any public image page to flag content for review.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
